Certified Reiki Master/Teacher
All of my past experiences, good and bad, have led me to where I am now and finally feel true gratitude for them all. I was being guided to Reiki for many years but kept it at arms length feeling there was just no time to devote to learning due to raising a family and a demanding full time job. Now I understand that self love is not selfish, it's essential!

By learning Reiki, then receiving attunements and becoming a practitioner, my heart and mind have opened and I'm healing on a level so deep I never dreamed was possible. I have such a passion to help others remember how powerful they truly are to begin healing themselves on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. My desire is to help you find your center so that you may go about your life’s journey with unwavering faith and peace. The services here can help you recharge, restore, and gain new perspective.

Everything is energy! When our personal frequency is low, we tend to feel lethargic, irritable or physically sick. On the other hand, when our frequency is higher, we feel light, energetic and overall happier. Energy work such as Reiki helps to open energy blockages to balance and raise our own personal vibration.
Reiki has amazing beneficial uses for EVERYTHING in life. I've learned how to align with universal life force energy to begin to heal myself, manifest my goals, enhance spiritual connections, gain a deeper understanding of the chakra energy system and so much more. I am beyond grateful to have been called to help others on their journey. I'm continuously learning other modalities in energy work and will be offering them in the near future so come back often to check them out!

Why Reiki?

Anxiety / Depression
Reiki calms the mind, shifting negative self talk into life affirming, positive thoughts. It also connects us spiritually to our Higher Source, no matter what your individual belief system is.
Fatigue
When we are depleted, we move more quickly towards a stressed state. Reiki supports our physical body by engaging the parasympathetic nervous system. Our physical body drops into a deep relaxed state and begins repairing itself.
Brain Fog
The Reiki session allows you to focus on yourself. The energy of the universe is channeled through you and all you have to do is allow it to heal the mental blockages that are holding you back.

Many people use Reiki for wellness. Reiki is not a cure for a disease or illness, but it may assist the body in creating an environment to facilitate healing. Reiki is a great tool to use as a complement to traditional medicine and is practiced in many hospitals and medical care settings.

We're all made of energy! Are you giving off 'bad vibes'? If so, Reiki helps us release what no longer serves us and heals the chakras and energy fields that we cannot see. We are more able to greatly own our power, align with our higher purpose and raise our vibrations.

When you receive Reiki, you will most likely feel warm, peaceful, and very relaxed. You might even fall asleep during your Reiki session. Most people feel a deep sense of well-being, nurturing, and peace
